I haven't received my order confirmation email!

If you have placed an order with us, but haven't received an order confirmation e-mail yet, don't panic! 

  1. Check your Spam folder in case it's slipped in there.
  2. If you have an online account with the Co-op, log into your account and check your list of orders here. If it's there, your confirmation e-mail is likely on its way. Click here to find out more about your order status.
  3. If your order doesn't show in your account, there might have been a technical issue. Contact the Customer Care Team here.
