If you have placed an order with us, but haven't received an order confirmation e-mail yet, don't panic!
- Check your Spam folder in case it's slipped in there.
- If you have an online account with the Co-op, log into your account and check your list of orders here. If it's there, your confirmation e-mail is likely on its way. Click here to find out more about your order status.
